You can track the shipment of your order and check the status from the customer area atMy orders. If you want to track the shipment of your order, you can do it once we have sent it, we will notify you when we send it. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can check its status.
You can track the shipment of your order when it has been shipped, to do so:
- Go to My account,My orders / order history
- Within the order you want to consult, select the optionLocate your order. This option will appear when the status of your order is "shipped".
- By selecting "Locate your order", you will enter ourtracking portal from where you can track through the map, both the location and all theshipping statuses.
Products shipped by sellers fromBulevip Marketplace they can also be tracked in the same way, but only if the seller has shared this information with Bulevip. In case you cannot track the shipment of your order,contact the seller either track the shipment from the carrier's website.

Remember that the estimated delivery time is set at the time of purchase.
Note:If the estimated delivery date of your order has already passed and you still have not received it, we ask that you give us 1 or 2 more days, as there may have been a delay in the shipping process. If your order does not have a tracking number or the tracking information has not yet been updated on the assigned carrier page, visit our pageTracking information not available.

My order is shipped, but I can't track the shipment, what can I do?
It may be that thetracking information is not available, still with sent status. Give the database some time to update and try again later. If after a while it still doesn't update,contact the transport company responsible for shipping.
I have received the incomplete order, I am missing more packages
If your order consists of several sellers, the order will be divided bynumber of shipments, and therefore you will receive as many packages as vendors you have selected on a different delivery date.
The order appears as 'Est.5 Delivered', but you have not received it.
- Check that your neighbors have not received your package by mistake.
- Get in touch with the assigned transport company to request more information about the delivery of the package. Before, have your order tracking number or delivery confirmation number handy.
- Check if you have received any SMS, email or failed delivery attempt note in the mailbox or at the door. In general, this message specifies when another delivery attempt will be made.
