Who pays the return costs?

If the reason for the return is due to an error on the part of Bulevip.com, we will bear the cost of the return. Conversely, if the reason for the return is not due to an error on the part of Bulevip.com, then we will deduct the cost of return from the total amount of the refund.
For returns the collection costs in the peninsula are €4.90 and in the Balearic Islands the costs are €6.90

Among the possible reasons:

• Right of withdrawal:I do not love you anymore; bought by mistake; I have found it cheaper
• Other reasons:It does not correspond to the description on the web; the product and packaging are damaged; Defective/Does not work well; It came too late; It is not the product I ordered; I have received more product than I should; the product or the manual is not in Spanish

Note: the initial shipping costs will be reimbursed as long as they have been borne.
