Solution
1. Check that the expected delivery times for the order you have placed have actually been exceeded, inMy orders
2. Check that the shipping address you chose is correct and that it is not of extreme length.
3. Check in the following table in which phase or status of the shipment of your order. It details all the phases of the order and what you can do in each of them:

If your order consists of several sellers, the order will be divided bynumber of shipments, and therefore you will receive as many packages as vendors you have selected on a different delivery date. |

Your order may have been canceled for various reasons. If you have not canceled the order, it is likely that it has been canceled due to lack of availability. We will send you an email to notify you of the reason for the cancellation. If it has been cashed, arefund you will receive from 3 to 7 business days. |
The request appears as 'Est.5 Delivered’, but you have not received it. |
