How does the Pay After Delivery option work?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email from Klarna with payment instructions within two days. You will then have 30 days to test your order and you will only pay when you are satisfied with the purchased item. Complete the payment online, at your convenience, at no additional cost. You can pay by credit or debit card on the Klarna.app or by logging into the Klarna website
Can I opt for the Pay After Delivery service?
To use Pay After Delivery you must be at least 18 years old. While we've heavily promoted this option, Pay After Delivery is subject to your financial circumstances. If you choose Pay After Delivery, our assessment will not affect your credit score.
How can I increase my chances of being eligible to use Pay After Delivery?
Klarna is unique in offering Pay After Delivery based on a number of factors including order value, previous order history and item availability.
If you are 18 years of age or older, you can improve your chances of being offered the Pay After Delivery option by ensuring that you provide your full name and accurate address information and ordering delivery to your billing address of record. All orders are evaluated individually. Just because you've been able to use Pay After Delivery before doesn't mean you'll be offered it for every order, just as being denied once doesn't mean you'll be denied for all future orders. .
Will I get a credit check?
Klarna can carry out so-called off-record inquiries (or quick credit checks) which do not affect your credit rating and are only visible to you and Klarna, but are not visible to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor Bulevip perform credit checks that may affect your credit score.
Why wasn't I offered the Pay After Delivery option?
Although we have done a lot of promoting Pay After Delivery, this option is not always available globally. The Pay After Delivery method is automatically generated using algorithms that depend on a number of factors, including order quantity, online store, previous order history, and item availability. Alternatively, you can complete your order by paying by credit or debit card at checkout.
What are my payment options with Klarna?
You can pay by credit or debit card immediately upon checkout or take advantage of our Pay After Delivery payment option, which allows you to pay for goods once you receive them by credit card or debit card. You can always check your pending payments in the Klarna app.
What happens if I cancel or return my order?
As soon as Bulevip or the seller has accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will remove the charge from the statement or refund your payment. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app instantly.
What happens if I don't pay for my order?
Payment is due 30 days after item ships. To help you pay on time, we'll notify you two days before the payment is due: you'll receive a push notification from the Klarna app or email reminders to make the payment, and if the delay is significant, we'll also send you a message text or letter. Your credit score will not be affected by using Klarna's Pay After Delivery products, even if you haven't paid on time.
I have been asked to go to the Klarna site. It's right?
If you have chosen Pay After Delivery, Klarna will send you an email with more details on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna where you can settle your payment with your credit or debit card. You can always see the payment instructions in the Klarna app
What do I have to provide when I make a purchase?
If you wish to make a purchase with Klarna, you must provide your name, postal address and email address. For some orders, you may also need to provide your mobile phone number or date of birth. All information will be sent to your email address, including payment reminders and links to your online statements. It is very important that you provide us with the correct data, otherwise you will not receive the payment information.
Is my payment information protected?
Klarna processes your payment information securely. Card data is never transferred to or stored by Bulevip. All transactions are made through connections protected with the latest industry standard security protocols.
Can I pay before the due date?
You can pay for your order at any time after receiving the e-mail from Klarna with your payment details. Just follow the instructions in the email or in the Klarna app to pay for the order.
Have you received my payment?
If you pay by card, Bulevip will confirm your order instantly. If you pay using the Pay After Delivery option, Klarna will send a payment confirmation to the email address you used for the order. If you have made a payment but have not received payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and your payments by logging into the Klarna app or Klarna website.
What happens to my statement once I have returned the items?
Once Bulevip has received the return (partial or total) and you have received their confirmation of such receipt, Klarna will send you an updated statement if you have made a partial return. If the return is complete, your statement will be closed. You can always check the status of your order in the Klarna app.
I have received a statement, but I have not received my items yet.
You have 30 days to pay, so you should not pay at the moment. If your expiration date is near and there is no sign of your items,contact with Bulevip to check the delivery status. You can also contact Klarna Customer Service so we can postpone your payment due date or place your order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for your items to arrive.
I have canceled my order. How long will it take to receive my refund?
As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
I have requested a refund. How will I receive it?
If you have paid for your order with a card, the refund will be sent to the same card. If you haven't paid the statement yet, the refund will reduce the amount of the statement or eliminate it entirely.
I have not received any e-mail with my statement/payment information.
If you do not have your statement number to hand, you can log in to the Klarna app or the Klarna website, where you will find all your orders and make payments.
