The Bulevip Purchase Guarantee protects you when you buy a product sold and fulfilled by a third-party seller on the Bulevip Marketplace. Our guarantee ensures that the Products arrive at your home in good condition and within the expected delivery times, as well as any problems arising from returns. If not, you can report the problem to us and our team will determine if your request is eligible for a refund.

Bulevip Purchase Guarantee Request Process
I want to cancel a refund request
Appeal a denied refund request
You can file a claim as long as you meet these conditions:
- You have previously contacted the Third Party Seller through My Account or Customer Service.
- You have waited two (2) business days for me to respond without it happening.
- The reason is related to one of the following circumstances:
- Reason 1: The Seller has not delivered the Product and provided that (date that occurs first): (i) 3 calendar days have elapsed from the delivery deadline date; or (ii) 30 calendar days from the date of your order.

Reason 2: The Product you received has arrived damaged, is defective, does not correspond to the description provided by the Seller, or you changed your mind and returned it according to the Bulevip return policy, but you have not received a refund or the amount refunded is not correct in which case you should:
(1) contact Seller within 30 calendar days of receipt (or, if any, within any extended return period such as the return period for Christmas purchases), and
(2) make the return within 14 calendar days from when you contacted the Seller to request the return. The following table shows the amount that must be reimbursed:

Reason 3: The Seller has agreed to provide you with a refund or replacement but you have not received it or the amount refunded is not correct.
reason 4: The Seller does not offer a return address in Spain, a postage-paid international return label or a refund for the full amount of the product without the need to return it.
reason 5: You have been charged additional costs to the price of the product and shipping (for example, customs duties for a shipment from outside the European Union) and the Seller has not reimbursed you
- You have requested a refund within 90 calendar days from the delivery date.
If you encounter a different issue than those listed above, you can report the issue to us, but please note that we cannot guarantee a refund until the review is complete.
This guarantee only applies to purchases made from external sellers through the Buñevip Marketplace. If you need help with a product sold by Bulevip or with a Marketplace product managed by Bulevip, please contactcontact us.
Note:If you requested a refund of the amount of the order through your bank, you will not meet the conditions to receive a refund under the Bulevip Purchase Guarantee.

Request the Bulevip Purchase Guarantee by contacting ourCustomer Service.
Remember that you must meet all the aforementioned requirements, otherwise the application would not proceed and the buyer would assume the management cost.
Note: Refund requests under the Bulevip Purchase Guarantee may take up to a week to be reviewed. We will inform you of our decision through the email associated with your account.
Cancel a refund request

Note: Once a refund request has been cancelled, it cannot be requested again.
Appeal a denied refund request
If your request for a refund under the Bulevip Purchase Guarantee was denied and you have more information about the case that we can review, you can appeal that decision within 30 days of the decision by contacting ourCustomer Service.
