I want to cancel my order but I have already paid a fee, what can I do?
Normally, when you make a purchase with Klarna, but want to make a return, you must firstmanage the return directly with Bulevip and, once you make the return, you must notify it in the Klarna APP.
We explain how the process works:
1. Enter the Klarna App and locate the order you returned.
2. Once you locate the order, select "notify return"
Additionally you cancontact Klarna Customer Service to notify the return for you.
When will I receive my refund from Klarna?
When a return is notified, Klarna pauses the invoice for a maximum of 28 days, so that we have time to process and register the return and thus adjust the invoice accordingly. When Bulevip confirms your return, Klarna will proceed toissue the refund of the first installment, which you will receive within a maximum period of10 days employment depending on the bank. The remaining installments will be cancelled.
