You can modify the address of an order placed as long as the status of your order has not entered into 'Logistics statement'.If your order has already been communicated to logistics, and you want to change the address, we recommendcancel the order and do it again with the updated address.
To modify order information:
1. Go toMy orders.
2. Find the order whose address you want to change and selectOrder details.
3. Presschange direction. You can either choose another address that you have saved, or add a new one.
*Note:If you selected 'Pick up at Office' as the delivery method and want to change the address with a different postal code, it is possible that for the selected postal code there are no available collection offices.
