It is possible that, at times, you will see the amount of your order paid by card as a duplicate charge on your bank statement. No need to worry!
It is not really a question of a duplicate charge, but of the normal operation of the two steps that necessarily occur when making a purchase from a seller:
1. Authorization: it is a reservation, that is, a kind of temporary block that is automatic and unavoidable and occurs at the time the order is confirmed.
2. Capture: This is the final payment for the order and usually occurs a few hours or several days after the authorization.
The situation that can sometimes occur, and this is something that varies depending on the card issuing bank, is that your bank shows both movements as a collection, temporarily reducing the available balance twice.
The authorization or reservation, by Bulevip (in this case, by our payment gateway), disappears automatically within a maximum period of 5 days. However, we verified that, once again, from that moment on, each bank takes more or less days to make that reserve disappear with the appearance of collecting your movements.
In any case, from our experience, in a maximum of 10 total days these movements are completely regularized.
